Domestic orders are dispatched by the Royal Mail 1st class recorded service. This service will require a signature upon delivery. You should expect to receive your order within 1- 2 days of dispatch.
International orders are dispatched by the courier service DHL. This requires a signature upon delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery times on international orders but as a guide customers should expect the following timescales:
Western Europe: 1- 2 working days
Eastern Europe: 1- 2 working days
USA: 2- 3 working days
Australia/ Asia/ Rest Of World: 3- 4 working days
Our aim is to deliver your purchase as soon as possible. If we, or the delivery service used, make no attempt to dispatch or contact you within 5 working days, after confirming your order for goods shown as "in stock", you are entitled to a full refund upon return of the goods. If an order we have dispatched to you is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund the lost items at your preference.

Your right to cancel:
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason during 48 hours. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the Returns and Cancellation form provided by BritishWeLove. Once the order has been processed by us, you may return your order.
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have purchased, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify BritishWeLove by contacting customer services at email@example.com or completing the Returns and Cancellation form provided by BritishWeLove. Once you have informed BritishWeLove, you have 14 days to return the product to us. We cannot offer an exchange; however, we will be more than happy to offer you a refund of the purchase price including the outbound delivery but only the cost of the standard delivery option made available. The product should be returned to us in a perfect condition- unused, unworn, unmarked, undamaged, original tags in place and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 14 days from when you notify BritishWeLove. If 14 days have gone by since your notification, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Please note: we are unable to accept returns on custom orders. A refund will be issued by BritishWeLove to the original card that was used for the purchase, excluding taxes or import duties incurred. You might consider using a trackable service or purchasing insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned order.

Try to avoid scratching your cufflinks, but if this does happen then use a soft polishing cloth or take them to your local jewellers to polish professionally.
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to the air and will require occasional cleaning with a soft polishing cloth. For heavier tarnishing on sterling silver, use a commercial jewellery cleaning solution. Ensure you follow the manufacturer's instructions as specified.
Gold and silver plated cufflinks should not tarnish and therefore be cleaned only occasionally with a light wipe over with a soft polishing cloth to remove any light marks or blemishes.
Do not use cleaning solutions, polishes and/or tarnish removers on plated cufflinks. Plated cufflinks should only be cleaned with a soft polishing cloth. They do not usually require regular polishing. Heavy polishing or use of an abrasive cleaner will remove the plating and is not recommended.
Store cufflinks in cufflink storage cases to help prevent oxidization and tarnishing, which occurs as a reaction to oxygen in the air.
Ideally they should be stored separately or in segmented compartments so as to not scratch other jewellery items.
