Signed For Next Day Delivery: If you need your item the next day and order before 2pm, you can opt for our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (£5.00) option. This is a guaranteed service offered by Royal Mail or a carefully selected courier. Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Standard International Delivery: If your order is less than £70, standard international shipping is charged at just £5.00 (either Royal Mail or a courier service).
For both services we aim to process your order for dispatch to you the same day or the following day, although during busy periods we may take 3- 5 days. We will email you to confirm the package has been posted. Standard international shipping is usually a 5- 7 day service, though please allow up to 14 days before reporting an item as undelivered from receiving our postage confirmation email.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products you have purchased, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify BritishWeLove by contacting Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the Returns and Cancellation Form provided by BritishWeLove. Once you have notified BritishWeLove, you have 14 days to return the product to us.
An unwanted ordered item maybe returned or exchanged, provided it is returned in its original packaging, condition and is unused. If you are within the UK, we will cover the costs of return postage and will email you with a pre-paid postage label; it is your responsibility to print this label, securely attach it to the original packaging we sent your item in, and post it back to us within 14 days of receipt. If you are outside of the UK, you will need to pay the return postage costs and arrange the return within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Any exchanges or refunds will be made once the unwanted goods are received by us and are deemed to be in their original state.
Return postage costs will be covered by us in the event of an exchange or refund as the result of faulty or incorrect items being shipped to you.
If you would like to make a return or exchange you must contact BritishWeLove within 14 working days of receiving the goods. When returning goods from within the UK you will be given a unique returns code which should be written on the returns slip. Please ensure the returns slip is included in the package being returned.
How to care for your Elizabeth Parker accessories:
1. Storage Instructions
Accessories should be stored in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight. The presentation box or pouch you received them in is ideal as it separates them from other jewellery and prevents scratching.
2. Cleaning Instructions
.925 Solid Silver
.925 Solid Silver may tarnish over time and this can be accelerated if it comes into contact with creams, chlorine, acidic skin or after shave. We therefore recommend your hands are clean before handling.
Regular polishing with a soft cotton cloth will keep your silver sparkling and prevent natural tarnishing.
Plated Metal and Enamel
Gently wipe your accessories clean with a soft, cotton cloth after each wear to remove any dirt and oils (from skin).
For heavy soiling, or where dirt has built up in crevices, gently rub with a lint free cloth that has been soaked in warm soapy water.
All our stones can be safely cleaned by wiping with a soft cotton cloth. Please ensure that if any stones are damp that they are allowed to dry thoroughly before storing.
Leather and Wood
As natural materials the properties of leather and wood may change.
Extra care should be taken with wood and leather items to keep them in tip top condition. Avoid contact with liquids, creams and sharp corners. Any dirt on leather items can be removed using a soft damp cloth.
