To place your order you can create an account or check out as a guest user. We recommend that you create an account as this will make your shopping experience easier, especially as a returning customer. To create an account click register at the top right side of the pages on the Site, register by filling in your details. If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the Forgotten Password instructions on the Log-in page. A reset password email will be sent to you. Once you have registered you can access your account by clicking sign-in at the top right side of the pages on the Site. As a guest user, you will need an email address to complete your order.
Search brands and products.
Searching products can be done either by selecting “Categories” from the navigation menu at the top of the pages or from pictures on the homepage of the Site. You can also search for a specific product by using the search bar at the top left side of the pages on the Site. Brands can be searched by selecting “Brands” from the navigation menu at the top of the pages or from the green squares with brand names as you scroll down the homepage of the Site. Once you enter a brand page, you enter their homepage which represents the relevant brand categories and products. At their homepage you can click onto a product or a category which will lead you to a range of products specific to that category. This allows brands to provide you with a large selection of their products, as they would in their own store.
Place an order. Once you have chosen a product from a category section or brand, click that product and it will lead you to the brand product page which is specific to that brand. Details such as product description, size, price, delivery, returns and care guides are available and should be read carefully. Select the correct size, colour, fabric, quantity and add the product to your bag by clicking ‘Add to Bag’. You can shop multiple products from multiple brands and check out only once. Once you have completed adding your products, proceed to the checkout. At the checkout, review your chosen products. Note that the shipping cost will be a cumulative cost if greater than one product is ordered. To continue you will need to register your details or proceed as a guest user. For each brand you will need to choose your preferred shipping option. You will need to enter your preferred shipping address and the billing address that the purchasing card is registered to. Continue to purchase to complete your order.
Order has been received by the partner brand. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email from britishwelove.com once your order has been received by us. Our Partner brands will send you a Dispatch Email once they have accepted your order which they will process and carefully dispatch their products to you. If a tracking method has been used by the partner brand, you will receive a separate email to confirm this with tracking details which you can use to track your product. Not all partner brands will use a tracking method for delivery.
To create an account with britishwelove.com click Sign-in at the top right side of the Site pages, click Register, add your email details and create a password. You can gain access to your account on the Site by clicking Sign-in and entering your details.
We do not currently offer this service.
Size guides for products are specific to the partner brands and will be seen on the product page under “Size Guide”. Alternatively, a generic size guide is available to you at the footer of the Site pages.
We are committed to providing you the highest level of security and peace of mind when shopping online on the Site. Our Site is electronically secured by a server system based in the United Kingdom and personal data is stored on a database which is hosted on this server. We do not store your credit or debit card details. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Switch, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and American Express. For payments including refunds, credit and debit card details are retained by third party payment card industry compliant and certified secure and encrypted payment gateways such as PayPal who process your payment card details, protects you against Internet fraud and provides you with that added protection.
The only currency we accept is GBP (£). Payment is usually taken once your order is placed on our site. We accept Switch, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and American Express which is processed by third party certified secure and encrypted payment gateways such as PayPal. We do not accept cash payment on delivery.
Your bank may charge an international transaction fee which is unfortunately out of our control. Please contact you bank for further details.
If you are not a customer located in a country outside the European Union, then you will need to pay such duties and excise amounts (if any) in addition to the purchase price paid to britishwelove.com, as may apply to the purchase and import of products ordered via this website. These fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We have no control of this. Please contact your local customs officer for further assistance.
You cannot change or add to your order once you have completed the checkout process. You can cancel your order and return your products (see our Refund & Returns Policy) to receive a full refund including the outbound delivery but only the cost of the standard delivery option made available, and make another order for the product you wish to have. Some partner brands may use a tracking method for delivery of products. After receipt of your dispatch email, you will receive a further email titled “A note has been added to your order” which will contain your tracking number for the partner brand product. You may track your product by following your package directly on the relevant carrier’s website. Unfortunately, not all partner brands will provide a tracking method for delivery and in such cases, you will not receive a further email titled “A note has been added to your order”.
We do not currently offer a click and collect service.
As partner brands send products to you directly, the shipping method and time will vary and is stated on the product page. As soon as the order has been received by the partner brand the products will be dispatched to you unless otherwise stated, as some products may require some time to make and this will be stated on the partner brand product page. Partner brands will have up to 30 days to send you their products should this require time to make. Please ensure you read the Delivery information carefully on the partner brand product page.
Yes, there are with certain products and this is due to our partner brand policy and/or to international trading regulations or local customs. Our partner brands will specify this with some of their products on the Delivery section on the product page. Our partner brands will determine where their goods are distributed and which items may not be available to purchase in certain locations.
Some brands do offer exchange of products. Please see individual brands Returns Policy regarding an exchange policy. If a brand does not offer an exchange policy and you wish to receive an alternative product, you would need to return the product to the partner brand and receive a refund from britishwelove.com (including the outbound delivery but only the cost of the standard delivery option made available). This would need to comply with BritishWeLove’s Returns and Refund policy. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy. You would need to place a new order for the product you wish to purchase.
Always return your products to the returns address of the partner brand which is shown on their Returns section on the product page and on the Dispatch Email sent to you. Products must be sent to individual partner brands if you wish to return multiple products from multiple brands.
The costs of return postage will be at your expense except in circumstances where the products are faulty or not as described.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of any returns. Once you have notified email@example.com or completed the Returns and Cancellation form here (the returns and cancellation form must be completed, a copy sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and a copy must also be printed and placed inside the parcel with the products for return) you have 14 days to return products back to the partner brands. The partner brand Returns Policy is written on the product page. This must be followed to receive a full refund including the outbound delivery but only the cost of the standard delivery option made available. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
